These plans are designed to emphasize ready access to affordable, quality care for individuals and families in New York State. They're available for little or no cost in the areas indicated.

Available to those without health insurance coverage, this program provides access to top-quality doctors and specialists within the GHI and GHI HMO service areas. Eligibility for this program is based on household income, residency and age. GHI coverage is available in Franklin, Jefferson, Lewis and Steuben counties.
